My room turned out very small. It felt more like a prison cell than a place to relax. The tram noise was constant. I could not open the windows.

The location was really good. it was close to the train station and made exploring easy. the staff were kind, and they made late check-in simple! breakfast included fresh orange juice. That was a nice touch.
the room faced an interior courtyard, so it was a bit dark. it wasn't really possible to open the window because of noise.

there was no air conditioning, and only one fan was available, so it was a bit warm.

Check-in was smooth and quick. the location is excellent. A short walk got me to the train station with my luggage. i really appreciated the hotel's beautiful interior and its potentially long history as a hotel.
I was on one of the lower floors and found it quite noisy at night. Trams and people outside made it hard to sleep with open windows so i had to shut them. it then became a little warm in the room. the breakfast was good but could have been better.
